The rooms we know by heart.

Every venue on this page has handed us its keys at least once — for a festival, a fair, a gala or a home show — and gotten them back with the floor ready for the next one. Here is where we work, what each place is, and what we have done there.

Mana Wynwood Convention Center

318 NW 23rd St, Miami

The anchor of the campus Moishe Mana began assembling in 2010 to turn Wynwood into a permanent arts and entertainment district: 100,000 air-conditioned square feet split between a 45,000-square-foot Event Hall and a 35,000-square-foot Sound Stadium. III Points has called it home since the festival's first edition in October 2013 and has never left — thirteen editions, ten-plus stages and 150-plus artists every October. Since 2018 it hosts the Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami fairs during Art Week (280-plus exhibitors, 40,000-plus visitors), the Balloon Museum took it over for a summer in 2024 and again in 2026, and since 2023 it is a Miami Music Week address with a week of BLNK CNVS shows. Rolling Loud played here once, in 2016, before it outgrew the room.

Mana Wynwood 320

320 NW 23rd St, Miami

The campus's intimate room, directly across the street from the Convention Center: 6,472 square feet of polished concrete under 16-foot ceilings, 400-plus standing, with its own patio. It joined the Miami Music Week map in 2024, when BLNK CNVS opened it with Nitti & Friends, and came back in 2025 with Acraze and Jauz. The rest of the year it takes the dinners, showcases, block parties and networking nights that would rattle around the big hall — same loading docks, same Wynwood address, a fraction of the footprint.

RC Cola Plant

550 NW 24th St, Miami

Built in 1935 as a Royal Crown Cola bottling plant, closed in 1993 and bought by Mana in 2010, the old plant is now Wynwood's biggest open-air stage: 2.7 mural-wrapped acres with room for 12,000, plus a covered hall. It has been a III Points stage every October since at least 2022 (the RC 95 stage), Wynwood Mural Fest has painted its walls twice, Wynwood Pride filled it in 2022, Art With Me moved here from Virginia Key for Art Week 2025, and Miami Music Week has used it since Size's #DECADE show in 2014. In September 2026 III Points, Club Space and Insomniac turned it into a three-day skate rave called Andrew Music Club. A $20 million food-hall-and-parks redevelopment was announced in 2023 and has not started.

A 1946 Dixie Bedding mattress factory — 200 workers once made Army bedding here — that developer Avra Jain kept as a shell, took the roof off and opened on Halloween weekend 2021 with the very first Hocus Pocus. Seven acres and five rooms (the Infinity Room, the Warehouse, the Chain Room, the Park and Cypress End) run under one neon sign, operated by Insomniac. Ice Palace Studios

An ice-manufacturing plant that has stood on this corner since 1923, later converted into a working film studio — Bad Boys (1995), 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003), Bad Boys II (2003) and Miami Vice (2006) all shot here. Four black-box stages and 85,000 square feet inside, a 58,000-square-foot garden outside, up to 8,000 guests. NADA Miami was born in this building in 2004, came home in 2017 and has run here every December since, growing from 108 galleries to around 150; PULSE ran here from 2009 to 2013. In November it becomes the American home of CloudFest, the web-hosting industry's conference, with 2,000-plus attendees expected in 2026.

Broward County Convention Center

1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale's waterfront convention center at Port Everglades opened on September 5, 1991 and has just finished a $1.1 billion rebuild: 1.2 million square feet, a 350,000-square-foot contiguous exhibit hall, a 65,000-square-foot waterfront ballroom, and an 801-room, 29-story Omni headquarters hotel that opened in December 2025. The Home Design & Remodeling Show has been on its calendar since the building's opening season and now runs twice a year, in late January and over Labor Day weekend, across 150,000-plus square feet. It is one of the seven sites of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, and in May 2026 it hosted U.S. Travel's IPW for the first time — 5,000 buyers from 60-plus countries.

Downtown West Palm Beach's county-owned convention center opened in January 2004 at a cost of $83 million: 350,000 square feet, a 100,000-square-foot exhibit hall and a 22,000-square-foot ballroom, with a 400-room Hilton connected next door since 2016. The Palm Beach Show — jewelry, art, antiques and design dealers from around the world — has run here every Presidents' Day weekend since the building opened, reaching its 23rd edition in February 2026, with the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show alongside it since 2005. The Palm Beach Home Design & Remodeling Show takes the hall every Memorial Day weekend, and the center has hosted Turning Point USA's Student Action Summit three times.

Miami's grand old racetrack: thoroughbreds first ran here in January 1925, the flamingo flock brought over from Cuba in 1934 still lives on the infield lake as an Audubon sanctuary, and the whole 200-acre, 40-block park has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1979. Quarter-horse racing returned from 2009 to 2016, the casino opened in August 2013, and today the track runs simulcast racing while the grounds host the Taste of Cuba festival and, for the park's centennial in February 2025, the Hialeah Food & Wine Festival. On March 28, 2026 Club Space put Black Coffee on the track itself — the first time the racecourse became a dance floor.

UNLOCKED Wynwood

The warehouse Wynwood knew for years as Soho Studios, now run as UNLOCKED Wynwood: a 32,785-square-foot main hall (Studio 1) rated for 5,000, a 3,600-square-foot Studio 2, and a 13,050-square-foot open-air courtyard that connects them, with roll-up loading doors on the street and ceilings near twenty feet for full production rigs. SCOPE brought its Art Basel fair here in 2009, and in 2015 the very first Rolling Loud — now the biggest hip-hop festival in the world — was staged in this building before it outgrew Wynwood. Fashion shows, corporate launches and multi-day brand activations rotate through it all year.

Wynwood

NW 20th → 29th St, Miami

The neighborhood itself is a venue. Once Miami's garment district, Wynwood became an art district when the galleries started opening their doors on the second Saturday of the month in the mid-2000s, and it went global when Tony Goldman opened the Wynwood Walls in 2009 — about three million visitors a year now walk through them. Wynwood Mural Fest has repainted the district every Art Week since 2019, and on Art Week, Miami Music Week and every Second Saturday its streets, lots and warehouses all become event floors at once. Four of the rooms on this page sit inside a few blocks of it, so our crews know its loading zones, its parking rules and its 4 a.m. street sweeps by heart.

Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami

The barrier island between downtown and Key Biscayne, and Miami's festival waterfront. Historic Virginia Key Beach Park — opened in 1945 as the city's only beach for Black residents, restored and reopened in 2008 — has hosted Rakastella every first Saturday of December since 2017, the Virginia Key GrassRoots Festival for ten editions (2012–2023), Sumfest Mizik and a run of Caribbean food and music festivals. Next door, the 1963 Miami Marine Stadium by Hilario Candela (6,566 seats, condemned after Hurricane Andrew, on the National Register since 2018) lent its grounds to Ultra's 2019 edition — 170,000 people from 105 countries — to the Miami International Boat Show from 2016 to 2021, and to Afterlife's 15,000-a-night Miami Music Week shows in March 2024. In August 2026 Miami voters approved its restoration by 68 percent.
