The rooms we hand back.

Load-outs, overnight resets and festival cleanups from across South Florida — the same work we post to our socials, collected here.

Tennant T7AMR ride-on scrubber · September 23

New machine. Same crew.

The crew has a new machine: a Tennant T7AMR ride-on scrubber. It scrubs, rinses, squeegees and dries in a single pass, so the floor behind it is walk-ready instead of drying for an hour — which is the whole game on a same-night turnaround. This one came to us through friends. A huge thank you to Scot and Nick at Apex Roofing in Coldwater, Michigan for making it happen. First room it touched was a full warehouse turnover. It handed back like glass.

Andrew's Music Club · RC Cola · September 4

Rain before doors. Dry floor by doors.

Thursday at RC Cola for Andrew's Music Club. The rain came through the pavilion before the crowd did, so the crew went in with squeegees and pushed every inch of it out. Doors opened on time, on a dry floor. That is the part nobody sees, and the part we love.

ISOXO & Brutalismus 3000 · Factory Town · September 5–7

Lots of water. Lots of people. All weekend.

Three nights at Factory Town for ISOXO & Brutalismus 3000, and the rain showed up for every one of them. Ponchos on, squeegees out, and a full reset overnight so the next crowd walked in on a clean floor. Thousands of people, a lot of standing water, and a crew that never stopped moving. Hard work, great energy, zero complaints. Thank you to everyone who pushed water with us.

There is a path here.

Started as a porter.

My little brother James showed up tonight and did the work most people won't touch. That's what event cleaning takes — porters, restroom attendants, and crews who handle overnight turnarounds across Miami. We've got 3 events in the next 7 days and room on the roster. Apply tonight.

Load-out, reset and clean while the city sleeps.

Doors at 10. We finish at 6.

Your build can't start until the room is clean. That's the part that keeps you up the night before doors. MRF crews work the overnight so the space is reset and ready when your team walks in tomorrow. Tell us your turnaround window and we'll tell you exactly how we'll hit it.

Festivals, galas, conventions. South Florida.

Who cleans it when it is over?

You've probably walked through a spotless venue and never wondered who reset it overnight. That's us. MRF Event Cleaning Services handles porters, restroom attendants, venue resets and post-event cleanup for festivals, concerts, conventions and galas across Miami and South Florida — overnight turnarounds and multi-day builds included. If you're the one responsible for a room being ready on time, start a conversation here.
