Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Quote and urgent requests: your name, email, phone, company, event details (date, venue, guest count, services) and anything you write in the notes.
• Job applications: the details you enter on the careers form and any résumé or photo you upload.
• Questions to “Ask MRF”: the question you type, which is sent to our assistant to generate an answer.
• Phone calls: calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant; what you tell it is used to respond to your request.
• Site visits: a cookieless counter records anonymous page views (page, referrer, rough device type) so we can see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting. Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotes, schedule and staff events, invoice, review job applications, keep the site secure and improve our services. We contact you by email, phone or text only about your request, booking or application.

Social media accounts we connect

MRF publishes its own marketing videos and photos to its own Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts through our internal Command Center. When an MRF account is connected, we store the access token those platforms issue (encrypted at rest, on our server only) and use it only to publish MRF’s own content, read basic profile information for that account (such as the username) and read the performance of our own posts. We don’t access, collect or store information about other people’s accounts, followers or messages through these connections. Disconnecting the account in the platform’s settings revokes our access.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our business: website and form hosting (Cloudflare), our database and file storage (Supabase), email and phone providers, and the social platforms we publish to. They process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell it.

How long we keep it

Quote, booking and invoice records are kept as long as needed for the work and for our tax and accounting obligations. Job applications are kept while a role is open and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), subject to records we’re legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email lucas@mrfeventcleaningservices.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and restricted server-side storage for credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information to the people who need it to do the work.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
