Insurance & compliance

Insurance

Licensed and insured, with active coverage on every event we staff. A certificate of insurance is issued for your venue before load-in, and we can be named as additional insured where your contract requires it. Send us your venue’s COI requirements and we will match them.

Documents on request

W-9, certificate of insurance, and references are provided on request — usually the same day. If your onboarding runs through a vendor-compliance portal, send the invitation and we will complete it there rather than by email.

Crew screening

Every crew member is 18 or older and confirms United States work authorization before their first shift. Each carries an MRF crew ID with photo, so anyone on your floor is identifiable on sight.

Training

Crews are trained to event-safety protocols for the environment they work in, indoors and out. Training is paid, and no prior experience is required — which is how we keep a bench deep enough to staff multi-day productions.

How the crew is run

The plan is in writing before anyone is scheduled

Every event is quoted with a staffing plan — headcount by role, the schedule, and the named supervisor — and you approve it before a single shift is assigned.

A supervisor on radio, ownership on the phone

Every crew runs under a dedicated on-site supervisor, and you have a direct line to ownership from move-in through move-out.

Timed rotations, not wandering

High-traffic posts, restrooms and sponsor areas are worked on set cycles — as tight as every 20 minutes — against documented briefings and checklists.

Dedicated crews per venue

On multi-venue productions each site gets its own team. Nobody is split between buildings.

Equipment we bring

Included at no additional charge on every event — you are not billed for tools or chemicals.

  • Microfiber flat-mop systems and HEPA backpack vacuums
  • Auto-scrubbers and utility carts
  • Wet-floor and wayfinding signage
  • Full crew PPE
  • Hospital-grade, eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and disinfectants

What you get in writing

Coverage is documented as it happens, so the record exists before anyone has to ask for it.

  • GPS-verified crew check-in, so attendance is a record and not a claim
  • Live zone coverage tracked through the MRF Command Center during the event
  • Before-and-after photographs of the areas we are responsible for
  • A written post-event report covering what was done, by whom, and when
  • A pre-event walkthrough, a custom zone coverage plan, and a named day-of point of contact

Tell us which of these your process needs and where to send them. If your onboarding runs through a vendor-compliance portal, send the invitation instead and we will complete it there.
