Conventions and trade shows have their own rhythm — long load-in, packed show days, and a fast breakdown — across enormous halls. Cleaning has to keep pace without ever getting in the way of exhibitors or attendees.
Daily floor maintenance
Show floors need daily attention: aisles vacuumed or cleaned, common areas reset, restrooms maintained on rotation, and trash pulled before it shows. Most of this happens overnight or before doors so the floor is pristine each morning.
Booth and common-area support
- Keep concourses, registration, and lounges presentable all day;
- Restroom attendants on rotation during peak attendance;
- Quick response to spills in food courts and demo areas.
Load-out is its own project
When the show ends, the hall has to be cleared and cleaned fast for the next booking. A crew sized for breakdown turns the space around on the venue's schedule.
